Job Title: Senior Garden Maintenance Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced garden maintenance professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional garden maintenance services.

This is an exciting opportunity where your passion for gardening meets your ability to manage and direct a team of maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Develop and implement schedules and priorities to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong background in horticulture or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in garden maintenance or a related role
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain (preferred)
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
