Job Description:

The Team Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence in our hotel's guest rooms and public areas.

This position requires a dedicated, flexible, and service-oriented individual who can supervise Housekeeping attendants and Houseperson, assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing all functions related to cleanliness, assign job tasks, inspect clean rooms, train staff, and maintain excellent Guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Housekeeping attendants and Houseperson
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing cleanliness functions
  • Assign job tasks and inspect clean rooms
  • Train staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
  • Maintain excellent Guest services

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Opera System and computer skills would be beneficial
  • Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team
