Job Title: ETS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETS Manager to oversee the coding and processing of ETS requests for Clarendon and Domaine Homes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To be responsible for reviewing approved ETSs, identifying issues, and addressing root cause;
  • To produce monthly ETS reports, advising on where and how to reduce ETS, coordinating and overseeing resulting actions;
  • To complete audits on material deliveries to ensure Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) is maintained by suppliers;
  • To assist with providing training for Site Managers and Construction Area Managers on initiatives to reduce/manage ETS costs;
  • To work closely with Group Procurement Manager and Construction Manager in producing/updating Scope of Works documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Site Management experience (or trade) with at least 2 years in Estimating;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Estimating Software (e.g., IPS, Timberline);
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the construction process and production estimating;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills;
  • Able to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
