Job Title: Speech Pathologist

About the Role:

  • We seek a passionate and experienced professional to deliver high-quality services for children.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Implementing evidence-informed approaches to enhance outcomes for children and families within early learning settings.
  • Collaborating with directors, educators, and stakeholders to observe, identify, and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.
  • Communicating regularly with families to support the inclusion and participation of their child.
  • Building linkages with local services and streamlining referral pathways into and out of the centre.
  • Maintaining close liaison and attending regular supervision with a manager – speech pathology.
  • Delivering professional development and contributing to reports, briefings, resources as required.
  • Ensuring that all administrative requirements are met and maintained in accordance with policies and procedures.

You'll Bring To The Table:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • A strong understanding of child development (birth - 5 years).
  • The ability to document, analyze, and report on relevant key performance indicators.
