We are looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our customer sales team in Melbourne. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful management of sales activity and overall customer experience for our highly engaged member base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to, and making sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in person.
- Answering simultaneous customer enquiries promptly, competently and professionally.
- Offering excellent customer service by providing customers with general information relating to services, packages and pricing.
- Recommending workable solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer.
- Providing our members with full package upgrade options.
- Ensuring daily prompt follow up and ownership of customer sales enquires.
- Displaying initiative in customer solutions and team engagement.
- Resolving customer complaints where applicable and within specified time frames or referring to the correct department to ensure commitments are followed through to resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be personable, approachable and professional, with a passion for helping customers find their perfect luxury holiday. You will also require a background in phone-based sales, with travel experience being highly regarded.
