Job Description

This position is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to work from home and in the office in Brisbane. As a member of our specialized team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your insurance project management experience and skills to provide administration support to our Insurance Brokers and new business projects for Aon's bespoke clients.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for insurance and/or project management experience, strong administration, project management, and customer service skills. They will also have experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts, client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience, and experience across general insurance products.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to obtain one, experience working with energy sector clients, strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines.

Ongoing support and mentoring will be provided to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression. This is an excellent development opportunity for a polished and credible professional to enhance their corporate skills and build on capabilities in a diverse and challenging role.
