Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $29-32 per hour, as well as various benefits including 50% discount on childcare gap fees, up to 6 weeks paid parental leave, and more.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Educator to join our team at Goodstart North Sydney West Street. As a vital part of our team, you'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
About the Role- Operating hours: 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Exceeding NQS Service with Dedicated and strong Leadership Team
- Our university qualified teacher assists in the guiding of our programs as the educational leader.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Better pay - at least 5% above the award rate
- 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave
