About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Childcare Professional to join our team at Goodstart North Sydney West Street. As an Educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality educational programs that promote learning and development in our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and report on the progress of children
- Collaborate with other Educators and leaders to achieve excellence in education and care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
