Opportunity to Make a Positive Impact in Community Support

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to provide key support and assistance to residents at the Centre.

This role involves supervising and monitoring residents to ensure compliance, following of rules, and assisting residents to develop living skills required for community living.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support individual case plans and maintain accurate records
  • Mentor and assist residents to develop living skills required for independent living in the community
  • Transport residents to and from external venues
  • Resolve critical situations relating to the health and wellbeing of residents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience demonstrating ability to meet key accountabilities and focus capabilities
  • Current Drivers Licence and willingness to drive a motor vehicle as part of the role
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one within 3 months of commencing employment
