About the Role
","This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer journey through end-to-end logistics management, including inbound freight, warehousing operations, and direct-to-consumer experience.
","The incumbent is responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness across the global logistics network by owning the end-to-end logistics function and acting as a subject matter expert to shape strategy, optimize systems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
","Key responsibilities include designing and implementing inbound freight strategies, partnering with freight forwarders, and collaborating with factories to ensure accurate shipment reports.
","The successful candidate will also own inventory management processes across all fulfillment centers and Shopify stores, monitor and optimize warehouse performance, and define and execute the outbound freight strategy.
","This role includes stakeholder & supplier management, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in returns management, building and maintaining advanced reporting on logistics KPIs, and providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.","
- Strong working knowledge of e-commerce logistics best practices.","
- Preferred system expertise: Shopify, Netsuite, Xero, Logixboard, Google Suite.","
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce logistics operations and 3PL/fulfillment management (minimum 3+ years experience)","
- Proven ability to optimize freight, warehousing, and returns processes.","
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in rate negotiation and cost optimization.","
- Ability to analyze complex logistics data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.","
- Skilled at influencing and managing senior external partners and cross-functional stakeholders.","
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of implementing process efficiencies.","
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.","
