This full-time position is available for immediate start and will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of a dynamic branch. Your duties will encompass:

  • Providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers consistently.
  • Accurately processing customer inquiries and orders utilizing SAP and other internal systems.
  • Adhering to the Quality Management System established by HOERBIGER.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, service, and engineering teams.
  • Cultivating and maintaining customer relationships to foster business retention.
  • Managing information flow and addressing diverse customer needs.
  • Keeping customers updated on order statuses.
  • Coordinating workshop and field service schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP (or similar) ERP systems, with a goal to become a process expert.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to streamline inquiry and order processing.
  • A solid understanding of commercial trading processes.

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday.
