Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of our business. We're seeking a Seasonal Team Member to join our retail team, where you'll play a key role in creating memorable interactions for every customer who walks through our doors.

As a Seasonal Team Member, your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that our stores are open and ready for customers. You'll work closely with the store leadership team to manage stock movement, optimize sales, and maintain high standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Ensure accurate product knowledge, researching and describing product features and benefits to meet customer needs
  • Support the store leadership team in managing stock movement, optimizing sales, and maintaining store presentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a shoppable environment, including setting up displays and promotions
  • Report safety hazards or concerns immediately to management to ensure a safe working environment

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and store objectives
