We are seeking a diligent Operator - Maintenance Services to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional maintenance services to our community.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for working effectively in a maintenance crew within our City Presentation team in a safe and efficient manner to deliver a prompt and reliable service to the community.

In this role, you will be required to carry out maintenance on roads, gardens, parks, and facilities within the Georges River area. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our community receives excellent service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience working within mobile crews. You will also require experience in providing maintenance services and a demonstrated ability to be accountable for agreed work methods, standards, and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Demonstrated experience in working within a maintenance crew.
  • Experience in providing maintenance services and a demonstrated ability to be accountable for agreed work methods, standards, and outcomes.
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of plant and/or various equipment common to cleansing, parks, civil construction, and/or trades maintenance.
  • Understanding of and commitment to WHS practices and EEO principles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • Appropriate written and oral communication skills.
