Community Fundraising Role

The Black Dog Institute is seeking a skilled Community Fundraising Officer to support our fundraising efforts. This role involves providing administrative assistance while building strong relationships with supporters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in growing participation in community fundraising events and programs.
  • Work with the fundraising team to ensure high-quality service delivery and rapid response to enquiries.
  • Support fundraisers with fulfillment of materials and collateral.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up with fundraisers before, during and after their activity.
Requirements:
  • Up to two (2) years of experience in a similar fundraising or customer service role.
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills and ability to represent the Institute professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences.
