About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to solving some of the world's most complex technical problems.

This role will suit someone with excellent attention to detail and a passion for technology who wants to develop their career in a fast-paced defence technology company.

The Quality Team is expanding to meet increased production demands and product complexity. We're looking for someone to work closely with the team to ensure our products meet high standards and supplier components are consistent in quality and performance.

Responsibilities and Dutles
  • Conduct Incoming Quality Checks as per IQC Criteria
  • Review Supplier Quality reports
  • Record IQC results in ERP (Odoo)
  • Move failed parts to Quarantine area physically and in Odoo
  • Raise Quality Alerts/NCRs for failed parts
  • Conduct Outgoing Quality checks on defence products
  • Report issues identified at incoming and outgoing QC to Quality Manager/QA Officer
Requirements
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Experience with inspection equipment/CMM required
  • Experience with Odoo or similar ERP system preferred but not necessary
  • Passionate about technology and ability to understand complex technical problems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
