About the Role:
As a Customer Service Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Bunnings, providing a friendly and helpful service to customers in-store and on deliveries. You will pick and pack orders efficiently, work collaboratively with the Order Management team, and deliver orders directly to customers in Bunnings vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer service in-store and on deliveries.
- Pick and pack orders for in-store, online, and trade customers in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Order Management team to provide a wide range of customer service and deliveries.
- Deliver orders directly to customers in Bunnings vehicles.
- Be responsible for stock management and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
Requirements:
- Current Open Drivers Licence and confidence to drive a small truck for customer deliveries.
- Strong understanding of MS Office and computer-based Order Management systems.
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
