**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Supervisor to oversee the production procedures and standards in our department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all employees follow proper protocols and maintain high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Bakery personnel to achieve optimal performance and productivity
  • Maintain quality control and consistency of finished products
  • Implement and uphold safety and sanitation procedures and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate activities to meet sales and merchandising goals for the department
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and maintenance of equipment
  • Participate in performance reviews and develop staff to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • Degree or Trade Qualification (Baker) and relevant experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite and AS400
  • Able to operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery

  • Successful candidate will undergo role-specific training within a specified timeframe
