Become a Key Player in the Bakery Department

About the Role:

As a leader in the bakery department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team. Your main focus will be to maintain high standards of presentation, customer service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • Maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
  • Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first
