The bakery team leader is responsible for the exceptional presentation, welcoming atmosphere, and engaging experience for customers, team members, and the local community.
This role requires an experienced individual to manage the fast-paced environment of a retail setting, ensuring excellent department standards, including stock management, quality control, and waste reduction.
- Direct/indirect leadership experience is essential, with a focus on leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
