We are seeking skilled maintenance professionals to join our team in Mackay, QLD.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have experience in arboriculture, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or commercial cleaning. Our ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and possess a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tree removals, pruning, stump grinding, wood chipping, and health/safety assessments
  • Conduct tree health inspections and provide reports
  • Collaborate with ground crews for efficient project completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
  • Operate MR-licensed trucks for transporting teams, tools, and materials
  • Assist arborists with ground support, including chipping, cleanup, and site preparation

Requirements:

  • Qualified Arborist certification (Cert III or higher)
  • Experience in tree care and machinery operation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Chainsaw, EWP & ESI tickets a plus
  • Physically fit and safety conscious
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
