The Hardship team at Latitude Financial Services exists to provide support and guidance to customers who are experiencing financial difficulties. As a Financial Hardship Specialist, your primary goal will be to establish a professional relationship with customers, identify their needs, and educate them about their account and the next steps in the legal process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality customer service with empathy and understanding, particularly in stressful situations;
  • Guiding customers through the hardship assistance process, including completing and assessing applications received through phone and online channels;
  • Apart from using policy, procedure, and legislative guidelines to determine appropriate actions;
  • Removing customer pain points and obstacles to deliver outstanding customer service;

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in collections and customer service, while making a real difference in the lives of our customers.
