The Role:

This is a Full-Time Sales Position with some Warehouse Duties. We're seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
  • Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
  • Building relationships with our customers
  • Driving sales and achieving individual budgets whilst also delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • You know how to demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred but not essential
  • Computer knowledge is highly beneficial (experience with Pronto is an advantage)
  • The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
  • Self-motivation and well presented.
  • Necessary fitness and ability to walk the floor throughout the day and perform manual handling tasks with awkward and heavy loads, as required.
