Process Improvement Specialist Role

Job Overview

The Business Process Analyst and Service Designer supports the facilitation and definition of problems to solve, applies improvement toolkits in collaboration with customers, and has experience in Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design. This role requires a collaborative, pragmatic approach and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to define and understand problems to solve.
  • Apply Lean, Human-Centered Design, BPM, and Project Management methodologies.
  • Develop Kaizen principles and support their implementation.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to co-design solutions.
  • Conduct Business Process Mapping to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of Operating Models and Service Design strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design.
  • Ability to support the application of improvement toolkits effectively.
  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solution implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
