Injury Management, Health Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Injury Management, Health Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in injury and illness prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accreditation with the Australian Government's Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme.
  • Lead internal audits, gap analysis, and accreditation renewal processes.
  • Provide technical support for project teams, ensuring risk assessments, permits, and safety plans align with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits on projects to ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
  • Work closely with project leadership to embed a strong safety culture across all project phases.
  • Prepare and present HSSE reports for project leadership, clients, regulatory bodies, and accreditation schemes.
  • Drive the continuous enhancement of HSSE management systems to align with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, contractors, and internal teams on safety and compliance matters.

  • The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in occupational health and safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
