Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Regional Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of high quality, fun, and safe programs that align with our company's strategic vision.

Reporting into our Operations Manager, you'll work closely with Directors and Educators within a cluster of programs to ensure remarkable delivery of programs that are operationally viable. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing Directors and Educators to deliver programs that meet our high standards
  • Ensuring retention and commercial growth of existing programs
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure smooth operations of programs, including quality and compliance
  • Being a role model and ambassador for TeamKids when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current driver's license and access to a motor vehicle
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to overcome challenging situations
