Flight Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced flight simulation engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair simulator systems, including motion, visual, and aircraft systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform FAA ATG/QTG testing and visual alignments as required
- Support engineering teams with design changes and software updates
- Train and mentor junior engineers
- Maintain accurate records using a maintenance management system
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical support
Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 years direct simulator experience with at least 1 year relative simulator experience per assigned location
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency with test equipment and simulator software tools
- Experience with motion, visual, or aircraft systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
