
Lead Customer Experience Manager

- About the Role:
- In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and coaching frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth through sales initiatives.
- You will hold daily briefings with your team to communicate strategies, actions, and business performance.
- Additionally, you will personally manage key customer relationships and support your team in addressing customer concerns.
- You will also analyze customer satisfaction scores and implement corrective measures to continuously improve.
- Further, you will plan and schedule staffing levels in line with business volume and targets.
- Lastly, you will provide continuous training and coaching to all employees.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a customer-centric environment.
- The ability to lead, grow, and maintain a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Expert-level customer service and sales skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- A valid full driver's license with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
