The Cat Rental Store is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Rental Sales Coordinator to join their Hobart team. As a key member of our rental team, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, preparing machines for rental, building and maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating logistics.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a growing customer base. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced setting, working closely with our experienced team members.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer equipment requirements in a timely manner
  • Prepare and clean machines ready for rental
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with an ever-expanding customer base
  • Coordinate machines in readiness for rent and logistics
  • Provide a positive value-add customer experience that will differentiate The Cat Rental Store from competitors
  • Manage all rental agreements
  • Manage machine servicing, preparation, delivery, and transport

About You:

  • You will be able to demonstrate a passion for customer service excellence, excellent communication and time management skills, ability to organise and work with changing priorities, strong computer literacy, previous experience in a coordination role with direct contact with customers, and exposure to the Construction, Earthmoving, or Mining industries (desirable)
