About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at car rental counters
  • Manage bookings and respond to customer phone inquiries in a professional manner
  • Conduct thorough checks of vehicles prior to and upon return of rental
  • Provide high-quality vehicle detailing and safely drive cars between locations

  • Develop adaptive verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplify outstanding customer service standards
  • Identify customer needs and make informed sales recommendations
  • Quickly learn and operate our point-of-sale software system
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Display flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Follow established processes and procedures while maintaining accurate documentation

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
