## Job Overview

Our Sailmaker restaurant is currently seeking a full-time Supervisor to join the team. The restaurant is located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), providing a haven of relaxation for business or leisure travelers.

## Key Responsibilities

* Active supervision of the operations of Sailmaker restaurant, with a demonstrated knowledge of all service periods.
* Providing quality service to all guests at each stage of the dining experience.
* Fostering a supportive environment for all colleagues.
* Overseeing the development of fortnightly rosters with support from the Assistant Manager.
* Participating in stock take and inventory checks.
* Managing guest complaints with empathy and informing/escalating to upper management.
* Implementation of training programs and initiatives within the restaurant.

## Ideal Candidate

* One year experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated leadership experience.
* Enthusiasm for career development and a passion for people.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Availability to work a rotating roster including early morning shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.
* Unrestricted, valid working rights in Australia.
* A valid NSW RSA.
