Event Operations Coordinator

Castle Hill RSL Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Coordinator to join our Events team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event operations, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our Kitchen and Events teams to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
- Manage event timelines, ensuring timely execution and smooth transitions
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure event success
- Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and minimizing waste
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in event operations or a related field
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
