Early Intervention Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and caring Speech Pathologist to join our early intervention therapy team. As a member of our team, you will work closely with children with autism and their families, celebrating their strengths and supporting their growth.
About the Role:
- Deliver individualised and collaborative therapy services, including speech and language development, social communication, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Work closely with parents, schools, and communities to provide communication training and opportunities for leadership
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating and learning from knowledgeable colleagues
- Provide hub-based therapy and community visits in your local area, leading therapy groups across various skill areas

You will also have the chance to join specialty teams, such as the AAC Team or Mealtime Management Team, and participate in community events and projects through our extensive community partnerships.
Requirements:
We are looking for a compassionate and driven Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with young children and their families in early childhood settings. The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, membership with Speech Pathology Australia, and strong communication skills. They will also be able to build rapport with clients, families, and other professionals, and have the flexibility and initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.
