Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the delivery of structural documentation using Revit and BIM processes.
Oversee drafting outputs and ensure modelling aligns with project and company standards.
Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines.
Manage and mentor junior drafting staff, supporting their growth and development.
Take ownership of project deadlines, documentation quality, and team coordination.
Support the implementation and improvement of BIM workflows and Revit standards.
Work across multiple project stages – from concept to construction documentation.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
Advanced Revit proficiency with proven experience in structural drafting.
Strong understanding of BIM processes and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Experience working on buildings projects – data centres, warehouses, or similar preferred.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
