We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the YMCA WA.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a close-knit team of educators, ensuring the well-being and development of children in our care. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs, maintaining compliance, and fostering strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging early years education programs for 0-to-5-year-olds
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment
  • Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, promoting open communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
  • Previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for young children

  • $59,650.50 + $6.30 p/h plus 11.5% Super per annum
