About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to work with our talented team of educators, promoting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop engaging programs that meet the needs of diverse learners. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration;
  • Collaborate with other educators to plan and deliver programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children;
  • Monitor and report on children's progress, using data to inform program decisions and drive continuous improvement;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies;
What You'll Need
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation;
  • Proven experience working with young children, preferably in an Early Learning Centre setting;
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to develop engaging programs that cater to diverse learners;
