About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to work with our talented team of educators, promoting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop engaging programs that meet the needs of diverse learners. Our ideal candidate is someone who shares our commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports the whole child.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework;
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration;
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and deliver programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children;
- Monitor and report on children's progress, using data to inform program decisions and drive continuous improvement;
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies;
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation;
- Proven experience working with young children, preferably in an Early Learning Centre setting;
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to develop engaging programs that cater to diverse learners;
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $73,334 - $95,169 per annum + 11.5% superannuation;
- Generous remote area allowance;
