Children's Home Service Leader

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our new children's home in Somerset.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a 4-bedded children's home and leading a staff team of 9. Your primary objective will be to provide high-quality care for young people.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in childcare management and possess excellent leadership skills. A strong understanding of child development principles is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the children's home
- Lead and motivate staff to ensure high-quality care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or social work
- Proven experience in childcare management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
