About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging position as a Service Delivery Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Assign the most cost-effective rostering in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records through meticulous attention to detail, minimizing errors and rework.
  • Ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently process payroll to minimize errors and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Desirable qualifications include experience in administration, call centers, or similar roles, as well as familiarity with night shift operations.
