Administration Officer Role

Lutheran Services is a well-known provider of aged care services in Kingaroy. We are seeking an experienced administration officer to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per fortnight, Monday/Tuesday weekly).

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing and coordinating administrative tasks
  • Assisting with travel bookings and itineraries
  • Supporting the Service Manager
  • Ensuring accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
