Job Opportunity

The Territory Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion across the East Coast, fostering strong relationships with distributors, and unlocking new revenue streams in various industries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster and grow a high-performing distributor network
  • Identify, pursue, and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Educate partners on product offerings and value propositions
  • Collaborate on joint sales visits and customer presentations
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region
  • Deliver on ambitious sales targets and contribute directly to company growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales, including territory or channel management experience
  • A proven track record in a multi-channel sales environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate independently while being a team player
  • A passion for customer service and solution-based selling
  • Experience in industrial, environmental, or safety products will be highly regarded.
