Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Coordinator to support the delivery of regional key pursuits and facilitate the development of tailored proposals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Pursuit Support:
    • SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF REGIONAL KEY PURSUITS BY:
    • Coordinating proposal planning efforts, attending meetings, noting minutes and actions, and distributing/following up as required.
    • Developing professional and differentiated proposals through document management, formatting, collation of inputs, content editing, and proofing.
    • Ensuring alignment between project scope and developed content.
    • Organizing the development of capability material and information.
    • Assisting with other follow-up activities to proposals, including RFI's and tender clarifications.
    • Maintaining document control and filing/storage of all documents relating to proposals.

Proposal Development:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development of tailored project experience content, CV's/biographies, and capability material, ensuring alignment with the project scope.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating the delivery of training workshops and supporting the delivery of regional opportunity reporting and follow-up tasks.
