About The Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team by contributing to key HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks while learning and growing within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Systems and Documentation: Ensure all employee data and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Learning and Development: Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies aligned with our company's values and goals.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or a similar role, preferably within a professional service or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
