About The Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team by contributing to key HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks while learning and growing within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Systems and Documentation: Ensure all employee data and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract and onboard top talent.
- Learning and Development: Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies aligned with our company's values and goals.
- HR and Operational Support: Offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and system queries.
- Onboarding: Help ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage employee variations.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or a similar role, preferably within a professional service or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
