Job Overview:

A Deputy Project Manager will provide support to the project management team, working under limited direction to perform moderately complex tasks within an integrated workforce.

This role involves providing high-quality documentation to capture key information in the Capability Life Cycle (CLC) for timely and effective capability decisions. The incumbent will also assist in coordinating, managing, and delivering project tasks and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage documents that capture key information in the CLC.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering project tasks and milestones.
  • Ensure integration and consistency in managing multiple projects and schedules across the organization.
  • Support multi-disciplinary project teams by coordinating activities including strategic planning for resources and priorities.
  • Manage schedules, risks, and prepare reports related to project progress and issues.
  • Provide clear direction and articulate goals to achieve project objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understanding their requirements and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
