Your Role Matters

The Events and Content Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Faculty of Law & Justice's Professional Education Projects & Programs team. This position involves planning, coordinating, and delivering key events and educational activities, as well as providing communications-based support for the Centre for the Future of the Legal Profession (CFLP).

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement event concepts to meet strategic goals, working closely with the Manager, PEPP, and CFLP academic team.
  2. Coordinate all aspects of the event management lifecycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring adherence to brand and event policies.
  3. Promote brand advocacy and drive positive brand positioning through CFLP events and programs.
  4. Collaborate with the Manager, PEPP, and PEPP team to produce timely marketing and promotional collateral.
  5. Analyse the performance of marketing, communications, and digital engagement activities to inform future strategies.
  6. Contribute to content creation, coordination, and curation across various channels, targeting different audiences to achieve specific goals.

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, management, promotion, and delivery.
  • Knowledge of best practice digital content, including analytics and SEO.
  • Proven capacity to develop and implement media and broader communications strategies.
  • Experience in social media channel management and measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail for deliverables produced.
  • Success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with various stakeholders within an organisation.
  • Excellent time management skills, responding to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks, and meeting competing deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time opportunity offers a salary range of $110,073 - $119,132 per annum, plus 17% superannuation and additional leave loading payments. You will also enjoy flexible working options, career development opportunities, and a range of other benefits.
