Community Engagement Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Manager to support the delivery of our programs in regional Victoria. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with schools, students, volunteers, and key organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and guidance to program participants and volunteers
  • Identify and mitigate risks to participants and the program
  • Engage with local sporting clubs in regional Victoria areas
  • Deliver events such as game day events and graduations
  • Ensure rural programs are inclusive and welcoming of diversity
