About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Delivery Excellence Manager to join our ANZ team in a newly established multi-year cloud adoption program. The role involves implementing best practice PMO disciplines across multiple workstreams, playing a key role in setting up the program for successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience establishing and embedding PMO/project delivery processes, with a strong visual, written, and verbal communication skillset. They will be proficient in supporting hybrid agile and waterfall delivery approaches, with an adaptable style that can flex between different tools and techniques.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing streamlined processes to develop, manage, and track the integrated program schedule (to task level)
  • Using visualization tools to bring the schedule 'to life' and anchor the workstreams around a common understanding of the scope, critical path, milestones, and inter-dependencies
  • Chairing weekly stream lead status meetings to establish cadence and processes to actively manage scope, budget, resources, dependencies, and benefits
  • Ensuring timely identification, resolution, and escalation of key risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintaining PPM – ANZ's core project portfolio management system for monthly status updates, health indicators, risk, and issues

Key skills required include:

  • Mastery level of proficiency in use of scheduling and visualization reporting tools
  • Extensive experience in project delivery, with a deep understanding of end-to-end project delivery through the SDLC lifecycle
  • Strong facilitation and meeting chair skills, with the ability to effectively bring people together across multiple workstreams

The salary for this role is estimated at $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
