We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. Your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences will shine in this role, whether you're serving up a conference banquet or a quick pick-me-up.

Nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains, we offer breathtaking views and an idyllic setting for any occasion. Our 100+ rooms and suites, two restaurants, conference spaces, and award-winning spa create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Food & Beverage Supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery. A typical day may involve:

  • Exceeding guest expectations by delivering our signature 'Dare to Connect' service style
  • Preparing and serving beverages to perfection
  • Serving food in a timely and professional manner
  • Highlighting promotions and daily specials to customers
  • Providing expert meal and beverage pairing recommendations
  • Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of our food and beverage outlets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to offer a smooth and memorable experience

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or bar service role
  • The confidence to take initiative and make connections with our guests
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certification
  • The ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • A valid right to work in Australia
