Director Cyber Intelligence

The role of Assistant Director Insider Threat and Assurance involves managing all-source intelligence fusion from technical and human sources, as well as overseeing all stages of the intelligence cycle and acting as Collection Manager.
This includes:
- Managing all-source intelligence fusion from technical and human sources.
- Acting as Collection Manager for all stages of the intelligence cycle.
- Producing relevant, timely and actionable intelligence.
- Coordinating internal and external intelligence collection processes and agencies.
- Managing counterintelligence and security intelligence elements.
- Leading a team in collecting, integrating and analysing value-added information to provide actionable intelligence products for decision makers.
- Supporting the planning, execution and capability uplift for the Insider Threat team, encompassing threat intelligence, risk doctrine and target intelligence triage and processing.
- Providing high-level liaison with internal and external partners to reduce agency exposure to risk.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in intelligence or cyber security roles.
- Intelligence and/or security qualifications.
- Detailed knowledge of the intelligence cycle and/or Cyber Operations.
- High levels of initiative and time management skills.
- Independent thinking and analytical problem solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication of intelligence findings to a high standard.
