We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Support professional to join our team in Canberra.

**Job Summary:**

This role is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and organized individual to provide administrative support, maintain a welcoming reception area, and coordinate various tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Respond to calls and ensure messages are passed on
  • Provide reception cover daily and maintain the appearance of the reception and foyer areas
  • Coordinate online meeting room booking requests
  • Assist with event planning and catering
  • Schedule courier bookings and monitor their progress
  • Ensure all stationery supplies and printers are adequately stocked
  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary

**Requirements:

- 1 year's office experience, preferably in a professional services environment

- Professional presentation, reliability, and organization

- Excellent communication skills at all levels

- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Autonomous work style with strong teamwork skills

- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Dedicated work ethic and interest in learning
