Senior Business Intelligence Developer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimisation of our enterprise BI solutions.

This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Advanced Power BI Dashboards
  • Build and Manage Data Pipelines and Integrations Using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake
  • Optimise BI Solutions for Performance, Scalability, and Usability
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to Gather and Translate Requirements into Technical Solutions
  • Ensure Data Quality, Accuracy, and Compliance with Governance Standards
  • Implement Version Control and Deployment Processes Using GitHub and DevOps Tools
  • Mentor Junior BI Team Members
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering Roles
  • Proven Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling, Custom Visuals)
  • Strong Experience with Snowflake and Azure Data Factory
  • Solid SQL Skills, Including Query Optimisation and Stored Procedures
  • Strong Data Modelling Skills for Data Warehouse and Analytical Systems
  • Experience with Version Control (GitHub) and CI/CD Pipelines in a DevOps Environment
  • Strong Analytical Skills with a Detail-Oriented and Problem-Solving Mindset
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Skills
