Event Coordinator Job Opportunity

We're seeking an Event Coordinator to play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering events across our campuses. This is a hands-on role that contributes to both strategic planning and on-the-ground delivery.

  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, staffing, run sheets, and pack down.
  • Support the delivery of national and local events such as Open Days, Info Nights, Webinars, Orientation, and Welcome Weeks.
  • Provide administrative support for national graduation ceremonies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.

This position requires flexibility, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Availability for after-hours and weekend events, along with travel between campuses, is required.

This is a Full-time, permanent role. The successful candidate would need to be located in Melbourne.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Preferrable at least 3 years' experience coordinating or supporting events in a multi-campus or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale events such as graduations, orientations, or corporate functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
